  • YONOPay: An electronic wallet provides the convenience of paying for daily services and is accessible in Malaysia.
  • Mini-apps: These integrated mini-apps offer a range of services, from financial to lifestyle, providing users with diverse functionalities in one convenient location.

You can download YONO from the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Huawei’s AppGallery

The YONO Superapp, which includes YONOPay, can be accessed anywhere in Malaysia.

To register for the YONO, follow these simple steps:

  1. Download YONO Superapp from the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Huawei’s AppGallery
  2. Tap ‘Get Started’, then proceed with ‘Register Now’
  3. Enter your Mobile Number, then tap ‘Continue’.

  4. You will receive an One-Time Password (OTP), Enter the OTP number and proceed to the next step.

  5. Read the Terms and Conditions, select ‘I’ve read all the information provided, and agree to the Terms and Conditions.’, then tap ‘Continue’.

  6. Enter your Full Name as per NRIC, Nickname, Identity Card No., Date of Birth, Gender, Race, Email Address, and District, then tap ‘Continue’.
  7. Reconfirm to your Full Name as per NRIC and Identity Card No., then tap ‘Confirm’.
  8. Enter in Residential Address and Mailing Address, then tap ‘Continue’.
  9. Confirm your email address and check your email for a confirmation link.
  10. After verifying your email, proceed with your first-time log in.
  11. Enter your Mobile Number for first-time log in. An One-Time Password (OTP) will send to you Mobile Number. After entering the OTP, tap ‘Verify Now’.
  12. Fill in the required information, Take a photo of your ID or Passport (If you are a foreigner), and Take a photo of yourself. Complete the registration by submitting the photos.

You might face challenges during the registration process on YONO.

 

If your mobile number or ID number (MyKad/Passport) is already registered with an existing YONO account, you won’t be able to proceed.

 

Additionally, please be aware that the YONO Superapp is compatible only with Malaysian (+60) mobile numbers.

Simply log into your YONO Superapp account following the steps below:

 

Step 1: Launch the YONO Superapp.

Step 2: Tap ‘Sign In’.

Step 3: Enter your Mobile Number.

Step 4: You will receive an OTP.

Step 5: Enter the OTP.

Step 6: You are successfully logged in.

Yes, YONO Superapp allows users to create a single account that can be used to access all the services offered within the app.

 

You typically need to log in using your Mobile Number and follow it with the OTP verification process.

 

Nevertheless, there might be a requirement for users to register directly with the service providers (Mini-apps) within the Superapp.

No, each user is only allowed to have only one (1) account.

You can edit your Nickname, Location, Residential Address, and Mailing address in the ‘Account’ section.

Yes, you can change your Mobile Number, and Email Address under the ‘Account’ section.

This is most likely because you have been inactive for a while. Simply log back into your YONO account using your mobile number.

  • Online Banking (FPX)
  • All credit/debit cards from Visa or MasterCard
  • Future Payment Methods
